All information held about patients is completely confidential. The Practice is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984. This Act protects data held on the computer system.

Comments/Suggestions/Complaints
We hope that you will be satisfied with your care and treatment here. In order to give you the best possible service, we welcome any suggestions or comments you may have, likewise if you have a complaint please inform us. These will be treated in total confidence.

How Your Records Are Used
Our practice is participating in NHS National programme for IT. We share summary of  you vital clinical information i.e. Medication, Allergies and Adverse reaction to drugs. With the NHS Emergency Care Providers like A&E Out of Hours GP and Walk-in-Centre. This is to ensure that our patients receive safer and quality care during urgent or emergency situation. Please do let us know if you would like to opt-out from this initiative.

Anyone who receives information from us has a legal duty to keep it confidential.

GP Earnings
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working in Dr Pervez Surgery in the last financial year (year ended 31 March 2016) was £41,878 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full time GP and 3 part time locums who worked in the practice for more than six months.

The average pay for GPs working in Dr Pervez Surgery in the last financial year (year ended 31 March 2015) was £29,839 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full time GP and 4 part time locums who worked in the practice for more than six months.
